Skin Issue of the day: Acne

Eat this: Brightly colored fruits and veggies have antioxidants that fight free radicals (which exacerbate breakouts).

Avoid this: Dairy foods and drinks containing whey and casein proteins, which can increase insulin and create a hormonal imbalance. Skin milk is one of the biggest culprits.
